Here's how your day will look:

Providing remote and on-site IT support & engineering to cover Desktop, LAN, and WLAN requirements;
BAU support of daily tasks, i.e., user administration and IT troubleshooting for hardware, software & IT processes;
3rd party support communication including hardware/software vendors, i.e., printer maintenance (coordination with printer supplier company);
Support to update and setup new local OEM specific devices, e.g., diagnostic tools and other OEM specific devices;
Manage hardware (procurement, inventory) and conduct desktop installation/updates. Incl. software installations;
Support resolution of any major/critical incidents with triage and troubleshooting and collaboration with global support, external parties, or wider IT teams;
Support internal Inchcape IT projects where appropriate and applicable.

You possess a strong technical and functional understanding of end-user equipment;
You have a proven track record of providing IT support;
You approach problem-solving with innovation and proactive mindset;
Your communication skills are excellent in both the local language and English;
You demonstrate the ability to identify process improvements and gaps;
You are effective in planning and organizing tasks;
You have expertise in Active Directory, Office365, Printer maintenance and Windows.
