Credit Decisioning Tribes mission is to enable customers to realise their dreams and ambitions with trusted and frictionless credit decisions in any channel or journey. In Credit Decisioning, we are one of the cornerstones in Danske Banks Forward 28 strategy where we digitize credit processes and decisions to decrease time to market for our customers, while reducing the manual workload for our advisors. This will allow advisors to do what they are best at – to be the trusted financial partner that our customers need.
You will:
- Act as Lead Developer for deliveries according to customer needs, in line with our business goals and utilizing your excellent coding skills
- Lead the chapter by coaching and mentoring the developers and ensure a great work environment with a culture that promotes both teamwork, transparency, and empowerment
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to bridge teams and domains in order to work as one team in Danske Bank
- Define engineering guidelines incl. practices to improve the work of chapter
- Carry the HR responsibility for your Chapter members, as they will report to you as their line manager. This includes classical HR responsibilities, performance reviews, trainings, recruitment activities
About you:
- Experienced in developing high performing, scalable Java solutions in financial markets
- Proficient in Agile ways of working, leveraging CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-code to ensure development productivity
- Have stakeholder management experience and are good at communicating on various levels of the organisation
- Solution-oriented, you excel in making decisions and taking ownership
- Curious, humble, and honest – they are amongst your key values
- Excited about new technology and its commercial applications
- You recognise that diversity and inclusion is foundational for great collaboration and high-performing teams
- Advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
