About the role:

We are looking for a creative individual with strategic thinking and exceptional written content creation skills in English. Joining the Product Communications team, you'll play a key role in empowering ecommerce businesses through practical workshops, compelling video content, and impactful written communication.

The Product Communications Team is instrumental in assisting merchants by providing timely, relevant information, and updates about our service and trends in the ecommerce world. Comprising specialists in Learning & Development, Video Content, and Written Content, we ensure that our merchants can focus on their core competencies from making their first sale to successfully building their ecommerce business. Quick to react and adapt, our team's mission is to deliver clear, timely communications that effectively meet the needs of our merchants.

What youll do @ Omnisend:

Develop written content in English for the Product Communications team;
Apply strategic thinking to content creation, ensuring that marketing messages are not only effective but also aligned with the broader mission of empowering ecommerce businesses;
Assist in conducting hands-on online workshops;
Stay updated on ecommerce trends;
Work closely with specialists in Video and Written Content to support and improve a unified communication strategy;
Contribute to clear, timely messaging, keeping merchants informed about Omnisend services and updates;
Propose creative ideas to enhance communication strategies for our customers.

What we expect from you:

Be an idea generator and have proven experience in copywriting;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Gift for storytellingyou are someone who can craft compelling narratives;
Basic understanding of email marketing or general ecommerce knowledge;
Permanent residence in Lithuania, ideally Vilnius city.
