Accounting team in Cognizant Technology Solutions Lithuania is looking for a collaborative, communicative and experienced person in accountant position.

You can expect to:

• Perform day-to-day procedures according to process flow, timeline, service and quality requirements

• Perform reconciliations, clearings and closing tasks e.g. Accruals

• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities

• Help of annual audits and financial statements

• Work with VAT returns

• Check and review expense reports and business trips, provide related support

• Prepare statistic and other local reports

• Review and help the team with accruals, vacation calculation and similar

• Support/advise employees in finance questions

We expect You to:

• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian language

• Minimum 2-4 years experience in accounting

• Experience with VAT returns

• Good finance and accounting skills, knowledge of local laws and legislation

• Very good time management skills

• Good communication skills

• MS office knowledge (advanced level in Excel is a plus)
