As Engagement Delivery Lead, you will lead the team of business unit managers in Vilnius and its office growth. The position requires technical knowledge coupled with strong leadership, planning, and management abilities.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of business unit managers.

• Bring client context from close delivery experience, lead delivery set-up governance, and work closely with the service line delivery team.

• Own delivery management and delivery excellence by leading the design and gathering of customer requirements, validation, and optimization.

• Be responsible for setting up delivery and governance rigor, reviewing operational metrics, assessing risks, driving mitigation plans, and reviewing SoWs and work orders.

• Consult with the Engagement Delivery Lead in respective situations to better address delivery issues, resolve them, escalate when necessary, and ensure the monthly submission of C-Margin forecasts.

• Focus on technology expertise and innovation to transform delivery and ensure delivery excellence.

• Be responsible for monitoring and reporting delivery commitments to clients and ensuring committed Cost-of-Delivery (CoD) to Cognizant leadership.

• Bring understanding of the client environment to identify and qualify add-on and new opportunities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software development with at least 5 years of people management experience;

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding and mentoring team members to achieve business objectives;

• Proficiency in leading delivery set-up governance and collaborating effectively with service line delivery teams;

• Strong ownership of delivery management and commitment to delivery excellence;

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong focus on technology expertise and innovation to drive delivery transformation and excellence;

• Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum Software Development methodologies.

• Languages: fluent Lithuanian and English.

Salary range for this position is from 8000 EUR to 12000 EUR gross before taxes.*

*Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
