We're seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Operations Specialist to serve as the backbone of our team, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and exceptional performance across all departments, with a particular focus on marketing, customer support, and product management. This role is perfect for someone who excels not only in executing tasks but also in empowering and leading teams to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Act as a central figure in supporting and managing our teams, especially within various marketing sectors. You'll work closely with team members and suppliers to guarantee a smooth and efficient workflow, driving projects to completion and ensuring that all teams are aligned with company objectives.

  • Customer Support Excellence: Oversee and enhance our customer support operations. This involves creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing Virtual Assistants (VAs) responsible for daily customer interactions, and stepping in to handle customer queries directly to maintain our standard of excellence.

  • Content and Online Presence Management: Take charge of producing and managing engaging online content. This includes overseeing email campaigns, social media presence, promotional materials, and optimizing Shopify product pages to elevate our brand and drive sales.

  • Product Oversight: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, manage relationships with contractors, and ensure product pages are optimized for maximum impact and sales.

  • Strategic Operations: Engage in high-leverage activities such as negotiation on behalf of the CEO, managing content creators, and overseeing content production. Your role will be crucial in identifying and resolving bottlenecks in any department, thereby enhancing overall productivity and effectiveness.

  • Goal Alignment and Organizational Success: Ensure that not only you but also the entire team remains focused on the company's goals. Organize and optimize the working environment to set everyone up for success, directly contributing to the company's growth and success.


  • Proven experience in managing and supporting teams, particularly in marketing.
  • Strong background in customer support and the ability to create and implement effective SOPs.
  • Experience with online content management, including social media, email marketing, and Shopify platform optimization.
  • Competency in hiring, interviewing, and managing staff, with a knack for identifying and fostering talent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of representing the CEO and the company in various high-stake settings.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage projects, and work directly under the CEO to report progress and challenges.
