We're one of the largest full-service façade contractors in Northern Europe and currently looking for a Communication Project Manager to ensure consistency in communication both internally and externally.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of executing communication strategies that resonate with both external stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and the media, as well as internal teams, ensuring alignment and engagement in the company's culture, and transparency across all levels of the organisation.

Your future role

  • Integrated Communication Implementation: Delivering high-quality content (articles, SoMe) while maintaining ownership and working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Internal Communication Management: Organising and leading bi-weekly company meetings, Town Halls and other internal content through the intranet, providing support to colleagues in preparation.
  • Employee Engagement Facilitation: Organising internal company initiatives such as social responsibility, sports, and company events.
  • Effective Collaboration: Collaborating closely with Marketing, People, and other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Internal and External Project Management: Managing project timelines to keep projects on schedule, ensuring efficient resource allocation and communication, and ensuring all parties are on track.
  • Internal Culture Fostering: Developing strategies on how to unite and engage colleagues from different offices, including Vilnius, London, Nordics, Vienna, and Basel, while fostering a sense of unity, and shared culture across locations.

What do we expect from you?

  • Professional Background: Strong project management skills, able to manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the communications or marketing field.
  • Detail-Oriented Event Coordination: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful events.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Lithuanian.
  • Innovative Efficiency: Creativity, proactivity, and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Readiness to Learn and Adapt: A proactive approach, taking ownership and initiative in all tasks.

Papildoma informacija: The projected initial gross salary for this position ranges between 3000 and 4000 EUR per month. The final salary offer will be contingent upon the candidate's demonstrated experience and skills.
