We expect you to

• Have fluent English both written and spoken
  
• Have previous experience in Social Media Customer Service
  
• Have previous experience in people management
  
• Be familiar with Zendesk, Meta Business Manager, Trustpilot
  
• Have excellent communication, empathy skills and know how to deal with stressful situations
  
• Have perfect time management skills & ability to handle multiple projects at once
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900-2100 EUR/month.
