We are in search of an experienced QA Engineer to spearhead end-to-end testing across diverse application areas, including customer contact systems, digital experience/web portal, informatics, vendor interfaces, claims/ITS, and ERP systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through robust testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

System Testing: Conduct thorough system testing to validate the optimal functioning of all application components.
Integration Testing: Collaborate with development teams to perform integration testing, ensuring seamless interaction between different system modules.
UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Lead and execute UAT processes, collaborating closely with end-users to validate software alignment with their requirements.
Regression Testing: Develop and implement comprehensive regression testing strategies to identify and address unintended side effects of system changes.
Production Support/Validation: Provide support for production deployments, ensuring a smooth transition and validating system performance in a live environment.
Other Functions: Engage in additional testing activities as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the project and organization.
API Testing: Design and execute API tests to verify the correctness of data exchange and functionality between different system components, identify and address issues related to API performance, security, and data integrity.

! IMPORTANT NOTE: We urgently require a resource, and as a result, we are currently unable to support the relocation, migration process or provide visas due to the extended processing times involved. Our immediate need necessitates a candidate who can join our team promptly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. To be considered for this position, candidates must be located in Lithuania or Poland. From these two countries, you can work fully remotely.

Qualifications we are looking for:

We are willing to hire various level QA Engineers/Specialists with 2-6 years of experience.
Proficient in manual testing techniques, test case creation, and execution.
Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Iterative and Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in using testing tools and platforms such as HP Quality Center and SmartBear.
Good SQL knowledge.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Experience with automated testing tools, scripting languages, or Selenium, Java is a plus.
Ability to work 10-19 o'clock, Monday to Friday.
