This paid one-year commitment focuses on your development, providing you with hands-on experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.
This year, we have several tracks available, including the IT & Software Engineering track, Data Science, Engineering and Risk Track, Business Analytics Track, and the Quantitative Analytics Track. Choose the track that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.
Within the Business Analytics Track, we are specifically seeking business analysts. If you are interested in other tracks, you can explore them here: danskebank.lt/futurepros.
Whats next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend the assessment events at the end of May, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers.
The expected starting date is between June and July 2024.
We offer a monthly salary of 1750 EUR gross with a flexible schedule, monthly meetups and community events for personal and professional development.
You will:
- Join one of the <FuturePros> Business Analytics Track teams across Danske Bank Lithuania as a business analyst
- Gather and document requirements, in addition to performing data analysis using Excel and SQL
- Learn how to distill complex problems and communicate them in a clear and understandable manner
- Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize work and refine user stories, supporting development from customer needs to implementation
- Identify business opportunities through customer, stakeholder, and market analysis
- Collaborate with your leader, senior colleagues, and former <FuturePros> participants to foster your development
- In case of great performance, be offered a contract extension or a permanent position to join Danske Bank as an associate
About you:
- You are an open minded, curious graduate, a reskilled specialist or a student in Finance, Economics, Business Management or related fields
- Have the knowledge foundations for the chosen profile obtained in your higher education institution, coding school or individual studies
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are your strengths
- If you are more interested in IT Business Analysis, understanding of IT processes would be beneficial
- Have a B2(Upper-Intermediate) level of English for daily communication in the international teams
