This paid one-year commitment focuses on your development, providing you with hands-on experience for a career (re)start. Regardless of where you are in your journey, we are prepared to guide you and put your skills into practice. Prior work experience is not necessary, and we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to continue your studies. In addition, this programme includes various trainings, networking opportunities, and community events.
This year, we have several tracks available, including the IT & Software Engineering track, Data Science, Engineering and Risk Track, Business Analytics Track, and the Quantitative Analytics Track. Choose the track that aligns most with your career aspirations and apply.

Whats next? All candidates will receive a homework task based on the profile they are applying for. Additionally, they will be invited to complete a profile preference questionnaire. Selected candidates will attend the assessment events at the end of May, followed by final interviews with the hiring managers.
The expected starting date is between June and July 2024.
We offer a monthly salary of 1750 EUR gross with a flexible schedule, monthly meetups and community events for personal and professional development.
You will:
- Join the <FuturePros> programme as a Quantitative Analyst in the Market Quants Center of Excellence Team
- Learn to work on financial industry solutions, using applied mathematics and honing your C# or C++ skills
- Perform mathematical modelling, quantitative finance analysis, and numerical implementation
- Working as a Quant in Danske Bank provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow. You will collaborate closely with the banks experts and work with high-quality industry-level analytics, unified across asset classes
- In case of great performance, be offered a contract extension or a permanent position to join Danske Bank as an associate
About you:
- You are an open minded, curious graduate, a reskilled specialist or a student in IT, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics, Business Management or related fields
- Have the knowledge foundations for the chosen profile obtained in your higher education institution, coding school or individual studies
- You have skills and interest in C++ or C# and applied mathematics
- Scripting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving are your strengths
- Have a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level of English for daily communication in the international teams
