Responsibilities:

Month closing process (deadlines & quality;)

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial audits.

Internal accounting control procedures

Making sure all accounting is covered/substituted.

Accounting processes standardization according to best practices

Oversee the entire accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;

Darbo pobūdis

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in an accountant role, with a track record of success in financial management. Preferably having international or shared service center experience.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, be proactive, take ownership and responsibility.

Good MS office skills, SAP system experience would be an advantage.

English language (at least B.1 level), German language is very big advantage.
