As a core member of our Real Assets Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. 

·        Collecting data and preparing different types of reports.

·        Ensuring the financial statements, budgets, board material are in accordance with the defined accounting standards, formats and procedures

·        Monitor financial reporting requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

·        Identify risks and opportunities related to financial reporting and recommend improvements

·        Collaborate with external auditors during audit process. Meeting the expectations of clients and adhering to deadlines

·        Supervising staff, reviewing and signing off on work performed by the team

·        Planning team resources in line with business demands, participating in the recruitment and selection process, leading, coaching, developing and appraising employees within the team in order to motivate personnel

·        Provision of existing processes and looking for efficiencies

·        Excellent command of English; a second language would be useful

·        Accountancy or business administration degree qualification

·        5 years of accounting, audit or similar experience and matching managerial skills

·        Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

·        Proficiency of MS Office, particularly Excel

·        Experience with financial reporting software

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·        Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities

·        Ability work independently and meet tight deadlines

·        High attention to detail and accuracy

·        Strong organizational and management abilities
