As a Senior Project Manager at Nasdaq, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.

In this role, you will deliver next-generation trading technology to our clients worldwide. The Professional Services team is responsible for the Nasdaq Market Technology portfolio of Software Products and Software Services. The team is focused on the client's business goals and objectives to drive the project to success. This requires strong partnerships and collaboration with the client and internal collaborators.

What You Will Do:

Manage the portfolio of projects with a diverse set of clients and act as one of the initial touch points in Nasdaq's client experience
Facilitate decision-making on project priorities while efficiently balancing multiple needs and driving communication channels with key team members
Apply resources and use our processes and tools to project and handle all implementations
Be a critical player driving long-term client success, constantly demonstrating the value of the solution
Collaborate across teams such as Sales, Client Success, and Product Management
Ability to perform key roles within the agile methodology
Overall Project planning and follow-up working closely with the Nasdaq sales representative and your counterpart at the customer
Stakeholder management as part of reporting to monthly internal and external steering committee
Progress reporting and quality assurance
Budget creation and follow-up
Risk management including mitigation actions

What You Have (Opportunity to Learn):

SaaS/Cloud experience is meriting
Experience working with enterprise clients
Understanding and experience from client integration
Experience in the financial industry will be considered meriting
A degree in Business/Finance, Computer Science, or related field
Ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment
