About the role:

Providing internal first line operational systems support
Resolving issues utilizing available knowledge reference documentation
Ensuring complete and timely handover of incidents to other support teams
Identifying and monitoring system errors
Identifying and assessing business and IT risks
Communicating with users and other team members
Creating service improvements

About you:

Motivated to resolve system issues for customers. Experience in customer support field or IT service desk is an advantage
Proficient English
A team player who can easily cooperate with others
Communicative, with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work under limited supervision or individually
Organized, result-oriented and able to prioritize work
Contributing to a continuous improvement culture

Salary range:

1200-1950 €/mon. gross
