Moller Auto Baltic, a leading automotive retail network in the Baltics, is actively seeking an IT ONSITE SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our Moller Digital Baltic IT team. This new role, based in Lithuania, is critical for supporting IT operations across our dealership network in Lithuania.

Your efforts will be vital in maintaining seamless service delivery and enhancing the effectiveness of our technological infrastructure. Core Responsibilities:

• System Setup and Support: Oversee the setup of new workspaces and user accounts, alongside routine IT maintenance including hardware troubleshooting and software installation.

• Network and Equipment Management: Manage local IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability, and keeping IT equipment up-to-date and compliant with our standards.

• Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Global IT Service Desk and engage directly with dealership employees, providing hands-on support and resolving IT issues efficiently.

Qualifications that we are looking for:

• Education or equivalent experience in Computer science, information technology or related field

• Experience in providing onsite technical support in a corporate environment (at least 1 year)

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system (administration, installation, support) as well as common productivity software (MS Office suite)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian language

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like ITIL, CompTIA, and familiarity with MS Dynamics and PowerBI
