If you would like to be part of a great transformation of the Debt Management Area in Danske Bank, now is your chance to join our amazing tribe. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Quality Assurance knowledge to join the Debt Management Development Tribe.
You will join a team of highly skilled and innovative professionals within Business- and IT Development, backed by a great set of values built on a high sense of responsibility, proactivity, can – do attitude and most importantly an expectation that it should be fun to go to work.
To start with your tasks will primarily consist of hands-on analysis, review, and test activities in one of our teams responsible for the role out of a new, major vendor-based platform supporting the future Debt Collection in Danske Bank. Our responsibility is to successfully integrate the platform into the Dansk Bank eco system. This includes building an integration layer enabling the solution to get and move data from numerous data sources (services, APIs etc.) across the Danske Bank organization. This requiring an extensive both analytical thinking and test effort, to ensure this works seamlessly and with a high quality.
As you grow within the domain, you will take greater responsibility within the QA space, taking the lead on test planning, coordination, stakeholder management and other BA/QA related activities. You will initiate, plan, and coordinate all test and review cycles to deliver required software features with high quality on time. Also, you will show your expertise in test automation by approaching and shaping already existing Behaviour Oriented Development (BDD) framework with such tool as Cucumber followed by Gherkin programming language.
In a time, we expect you to participate in developing guides, teaching material and other needed activities to support the Tribes maturing within quality assurance. Therefore, you will have the chance to embrace your quality assurance knowledge across the Tribes teams by coaching, teaching, and educating others within Quality Assurance. This to make the individual team members grow as well as ensuring high quality solutions and happy customers.

You will:
- Analyze software requirements and translate it to testing strategy
- Initiate, develop and implement test plans by adopting best practices, tools and techniques on manual, exploratory, and automated testing
- Be part of software development lifecycle (SDLC) ensuring system and user acceptance testing being performed on time
- Create, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project analysis and testing documentation and reports
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to promote and integrate quality standards, guidelines, and methodologies for testing activities
- Be a part of establishing QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent quality across all software development projects
- Lead, support, and educate the Tribe in obtaining and optimizing knowledge and skills within QA practices and processes
About you:
- Proven work experience as BA/QA/Test Manager or similar role in an Agile software development environment
- In-depth knowledge about SDLC and BA/QA methodologies, processes, and tools. Experience with Atlassian toolset (Confluence, JIRA, Zephyr)
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on test automation frameworks /tools. Experience with BDD (Cucumber, Gherkin) would be a benefit but not an essence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Team member who understands and embraces the value of working in a team
- Certified in software analysis or quality assurance would be a big bonus
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
