As Email Marketing Specialist you will be joining the international brand company Reprise a global leader in Performance marketing. You will be the first in the team starting the new service line of email marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and company initiatives
Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversions
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
Monitor key email marketing metrics, analyze campaign results, and report on performance to stakeholders
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience of 2+ years in email marketing
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Omnisend, Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English. Any additional language is a plus.
Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
