Join our team as Key Account Manager in Lithuania

Are you an ambitious and proactive individual with a passion for renewable energy? Photomate s.r.o., a leading distributor of solar inverters, battery storage, and e-vehicle charging stations across Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee our larger Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility projects in Lithuania.

Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Sales Strategy: Conduct in-depth market analysis and propose effective sales strategies for the designated region.
  • Market Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging trends in the solar inverter and battery energy storage system (BESS) markets within the region.
  • Projects Bidding: Lead projects bidding process by preparing quotations.
  • Product Implementation: Integrate new products from the Photomate s.r.o portfolio into local sales strategies for maximum impact.
  • Support to Country Manager: Be the right-hand to the Country Manager, assisting in various tasks and initiatives to ensure effective management and operations.

Required knowledge and skills:
  • Effective Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client engagement on this role.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and systematically to drive business growth.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Independence: Proven ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Technical Background: At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with a technical/engineering background or knowledge preferred. 
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English (minimum C1 level) is required.
