Job Summary:

Join our accomplished and devoted Financial Planning & Analysis team as we seek a senior member to strengthen our efforts.

The position involves collaborating closely with different teams to provide accurate financial insights, conduct forecasting and budgeting, and assist with decision-making to improve overall business performance.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management with high-quality financial and accounting operations analysis and insights.
• Participate in the financial forecasting and budgeting process.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes by working closely with finance, accounting, and technical departments.
• Analyze financial results and monitor variances against forecasts/budgets.
• Develop financial and management reports.
• Optimize and automate existing reporting processes.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• An analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in data management and proficiency with MS Excel, along with the ability to summarize information for illustrative conclusions, raise questions, and propose solutions.
• Good understanding of financial and managerial accounting processes and principles (including IFRS).
• Experience in group reporting, consolidation, and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, self-motivated, and takes responsibility (ownership).
• Native Lithuanian speaker with effective communication skills in English.
• Flexibility and good time management skills.
• Knowledge and experience with Navision is a plus.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
