Eskimi is looking for a proactive and organized Legal Counsel to join our joint Finance & Legal team, and play an important role in ensuring the smooth flow and compliance of international contracts of the Eskimi Group. If you possess exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth, we invite you to join our team!

What You'll do

  • Prepare standard contracts for our clients and coordinate the signing process;
  • Prepare and send various legal documents to clients and suppliers;
  • Prepare non-standard contracts;
  • Assist in reviewing supplier agreements;
  • Assist our Head of Legal with more complex one-off tasks and questions;
  • Manage the contract system for easier document handling;
  • Support other teams in day-to-day legal questions.

What will help You do it

  • Good written and spoken English. Good written and spoken Russian would be considered an advantage;
  • Having at least 1-2 years of practical legal work experience in a law firm or company as an in-house lawyer;
  • Willingness to learn new things, high level of accuracy and attention to the details;
  • Being proactive and effective team-player, good analytical and communication skills;
  • Sharing Eskimi values - growth, ownership, initiative and drive.

  • The salary range for this position is 1900-2450 EUR gross (we are open to discuss a different salary based on your experience and competencies).
