As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our machinery and equipment.

Main duties and responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to perform scheduled maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs to prevent unexpected breakdowns and maintain the production process's smooth operation.

Scheduled Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to a predefined schedule to ensure the reliable performance of machinery.
Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect production machinery to identify potential issues, wear and tear, and areas requiring maintenance.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and parts inventory to facilitate efficient tracking and planning.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical problems that arise during inspections and maintenance, escalating major issues to senior technicians.
Parts and Supplies Management: Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and supplies required for preventive maintenance activities, ensuring their availability.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate tasks, share knowledge, and assist in repair projects.

Requirements

Higher technical education.
Fluent English.
Min 2 years of prior experience working as a mechanic (in OSB/PB production will be an advantage).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3000-4000 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.

Для достижения этой цели мы ищем команду высококвалифицированных менеджеров и специалистов. В должности механика вы будете играть ключевую роль в обеспечении надежной и эффективной работы нашего оборудования.

Основные обязанности и ответственность:

- Плановое техническое обслуживание: выполнение профилактических работ в соответствии с заранее определенным графиком для обеспечения надежной работы оборудования.

- Инспекция оборудования: регулярный осмотр производственного оборудования для выявления потенциальных проблем, износа и областей, требующих обслуживания.

- Поиск и устранение неисправностей: диагностика и устранение механических проблем, возникающих во время инспекций и обслуживания, с эскалацией серьезных вопросов старшим специалистам.

- Управление запчастями и расходными материалами: мониторинг и управление запасными частями, инструментами и расходными материалами, необходимыми для профилактических работ, обеспечивая их доступность.

- Сотрудничество: взаимодействие с другими членами команды по техническому обслуживанию для координации задач и помощи в ремонтных проектах.

Требования:

- Высшее техническое образование.

- Свободное владение английским языком.

- Минимум 2 года опыта работы механиком на производстве (опыт работы в деревообработке будет преимуществом).

- Отличные навыки решения проблем и поиска неисправностей.

- Умение работать самостоятельно и в команде.

Что мы предлагаем:

- Ежемесячная базовая зарплата для этой позиции составляет от 3000 до 4000 евро брутто. Окончательное предложение будет зависеть от Вашей квалификации и профессионального опыта.
