Responsibilities

  • Act as primary customer contact, promptly addressing needs and resolving inquiries effectively.
  • Utilize Zendesk CRM for efficient tracking of interactions.
  • Provide accurate information on myTU financial products.
  • Escalate complex issues and report recurring problems to management.
  • Collaborate with teams (Product Development, KYC, Monitoring, Compliance, Sales and Marketing) for seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify areas for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, proposing process or product improvements to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and maintain professionalism in interactions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, along with 1 year of customer service experience; financial institution experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian required; Russian knowledge a plus. Proficiency in other languages beneficial.
  • Experience with customer service software and Zendesk CRM preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email/calendar management, and Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills needed to convey financial concepts clearly.
  • Understanding of customer service principles, including effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and dedication to excellent customer service essential.
  • Good teamwork skills: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person

This position is based in our Vilnius office, and we would love to have you in the office at least 2 days per week.
