Job description
- Develop, implement and maintain processes for master data maintenance, ensuring data quality and consistency across the organization;
- Responsible to manage and maintain master data records in the ERP system, including but not limited to suppliers, customers, parts, and sites;
- Analyzing data and proposing improvements in a proactive way, and continuing to improve data maintenance templates and migration methodology;
- Responsible for the daily monitoring of and executing on the master data tickets from the organisation;
- Being a key source in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of master data handling within Karo ERP;
- Define and monitor key performance indicators related to master data accuracy, system efficiency, and process improvement initiatives;
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation within IFS or using RPA tools. Ensuring close alignment with the expectations of the Head of IFS Application Management and implement enhancements and optimize processes accordingly. Programming of existing and new robots and other automation jobs;
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as IT, Operations, and Finance to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with master data management practices;
- Onboarding of new colleagues in the team.
Requirements
- Proficient technical understanding of ERP system and its integration with other systems.
- Experience and/or ability to learn UiPath, Power Automate and other digital tools.
- Capability to operate effectively in a multifunctional environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in data.
- Demonstrates self-leadership and structured work methods, particularly in dynamic, fast-paced settings where effective time management and prioritization are critical.
- Possesses personal drive to gain organizational awareness, enabling the understanding and fulfillment of business needs.
- Thrives in establishing and optimizing processes.
