Job description

DESCRIPTION OF OVERALL FUNCTION/PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • Responsible for financial business partnering for Site GM and Site Mgmt team
  • Responsible for formulating and driving financial targets and performance
  • Responsible for directing and managing the finance function.
  • Responsible for both internal and external financial reporting.
  • Manager of employees in Finance department
  • Member of Site Mgmt team

Key areas of responsibility:

1.Leader and manager

  • Leader and manager of the employees in the finance department
  • Development of the finance department to ensure future growth possibilities.
  • Business partner for Site GM and Group CFO
  • Business partner for Site mgmt. team
  • Stakeholder management of other

2. Business finance including planning, reporting and controlling

  • Financial business controlling and monthly reporting to headquarters.
  • Annual budgeting and regular forecasting
  • Provide immediate solutions and improvements to unexpected financial issues.
  • Develop financial business cases and provide a finance advisory role to assist in the successful implementation of strategic business projects.
  • Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput.
  • Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals.
  • Review and evaluate cost reduction opportunities open to the company.
  • Closely work with project team for workflow optimization, project analysis, and provide financial recommendations as needed.
  • Support business review presentations, with in-depth understanding of financial and business issues.

3.Accounting processes, statutory reporting including VAT, transfer pricing and cash management:

  • Record and book all business transactions accurately, consistent with Jupiter Bach Group policies, and accounting standards statutory regulations.
  • Ensure company compliance with local legislation requirements.
  • Monitor payables, receivables, inventory, fixed asset accounting and ensure the protection of company assets.
  • Provide regular performance statutory reports including P&L, balance sheets, overviews (budget/actual) and cash flow reports, variance analyses.
  • Work closely with the management group to ensure implementation of financial procedures.
  • Preparing data for transfer pricing documentation, TP adjustments, and supporting the management in preparing transfer pricing statements.
  • Optimize cash flow to ensure the operation of the company.
  • Reporting capital requirements to the parent company and approving payments at the bank.

4.Other

  • Supervising insurance (company assets, liability insurance, vehicles, etc.) and fuel cards.
  • Develop good relationships with professionals such as banker, auditors and statutory organisations for the benefit of company.
  • Potentially to undertake other responsibilities on top of the finance area
  • Develop ERP and implement other tools / solutions to establish most efficient accounting process.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • CPA with a degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Min 7 years' experience in finance.
  • Financial industry working experience (i.e. production with standard costing)
  • Excellent skills in ERP, Microsoft word and Excel, Outlook
  • Preferable experience with ERP Business Central
  • Strong numerical and financial skills, with experience of working with budgets, monthly accounts, forecast and business plan.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills and ability to prioritise the workload at month end to meet milestone dates.
  • Good interpersonal skill - able to work well with all stakeholders.
  • Good written and spoken English, and attention to details.
  • Personable manner and ability to communicate well on all levels of company and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Interest and understanding of the work and mission of relate.
