Job description
As the Regional manager, your main goal is to establish IBSA Baltics by identifying, engaging, building, and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders that are needed for the execution of the strategies for the responsible areas.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through all contacts to support our aim for being the preferred partner.
- Managing the sales of Dermo aesthetic products to Dermo aesthetic physicians and private clinics.
- Planning and executing sales calls in the Baltics and ensuring that efforts are in line with product strategy as well as IBSA Baltics policies and procedures.
- Executing, evaluating and updating account plans concerning the most important clients.
- Analyzing the market, preparing activities based on the account plans and executing accordingly in close collaboration with your manager.
- Actively taking initiatives to enhance teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
- Securing ongoing feedback to IBSA regarding relevant market information.
- Travel to all three Baltic countries.
Requirements
Youll succeed as a Regional Manager if you have:
- Previous sales experience and a proven track record of your own sales results.
- Strong business acumen, good understanding and interpretation of sales figures and a superior capability of building relationships at all levels.
- Good level of knowledge of MS Office programs and experience working with a CRM system.
- Effective communication, writing and negotiation skills.
- A good command of English.
