Your future role will include:

Lead Accounting Services: Oversee accounting functions for assigned portfolios in foreign jurisdictions, including the Netherlands (NL), Cyprus (CY), the United Arab Emirates (AEU), the United States (US), and others.
Ensure Timely Reporting and Compliance: Supervise the preparation and submission of financial reports and ensure adherence to local accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This includes statutory and management accounting, year-end and statutory reporting, local tax compliance, and other official financial reporting obligations.
Manage Annual Audits: Coordinate and ensure the successful completion of annual audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and address any issues.
Client and Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with clients, auditors, tax advisors, and other third parties to maintain positive relationships, manage expectations, and meet deadlines.
Business Development: Lead the accounting aspects of new project developments. Support business growth by ensuring appropriate accounting treatments and contributing to strategic initiatives.
Team Management and Development: Plan team resources in alignment with business needs, participate in recruitment and selection, and lead, coach, and develop the accounting team. Foster a high-performing team culture and drive professional growth.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

More than 5 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
In-depth knowledge of local GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team and lead the financial strategy.
A proactive personality with a drive to push things forward.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
At least a BSc in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
