Job description
- Working with the Business Central project specialists and the IT rollout teams, to deliver the successful migration of the ERP from Microsoft NAV to Microsoft Business Central for Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
- Collaborate with the project manager and the project champions in the assessment of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and alignment with ERP functionalities.
- Support the specialists in developing training materials, user guides, and documentation to support end-user training and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance during end-to-end testing (user acceptance testing>> UAT1 and UAT2), data migration and data cleansing. Testing will be performed simultaneously for all 6 affiliates.
- Keep the Jira UAT testing board up to date and liaise with the IT teams in managing the test scripts for all affiliates.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users during the transition phase and post-implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service, Supply chain and or business/data analytics OR Experience in Accounting (any of these areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Bank)
- Strong ERP knowledge (preferable: Microsoft NAV or Business Central).
- Basic understanding of ERP system setup for the operational modules (Sales orders, Purchase orders, Inventory management, etc.)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to analyze and sift through large volumes of data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
