• proficiency in English, both spoken and written (at least B2 level);
• experience in customer service, recruitment, or a similar field;
• ability to adapt to a changing job market;

• fluent communication in Lithuanian;
• Team spirit and friendliness :)

We will consider knowledge of the Russian language as an advantage.

You will:

• search and select new employees; 
• organize and conduct interviews with candidates: by telephone, in video format, in the department, or at the client's location;
• managing employee needs;
• planning recruitment strategies in collaboration with the team.
• communication with clients regarding ongoing recruitment processes;
• work with internal and external databases;
• register potential candidates for the system.
