Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-profile enterprise clients to arrange meetings for our account executives, leveraging a variety of outbound channels to create valuable opportunities.
  • Craft tailored strategies to generate interest among key decision-makers in our proven high ROI solutions.
  • Supervise the Lead Research Specialist to enhance lead quality for cold outreach.
  • Work closely with the team to improve opportunity generation and provide feedback on lead quality and outreach efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to better understand prospects' needs and refine targeting strategies.
  • Continuously enhance our existing SDR processes to increase efficiency in your role.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous SDR experience in a tech startup with a focus on meeting booking (mandatory).
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Genuine interest in the retail sector, with the ambition to grow into an industry expert.
  • Strong skills in utilizing sales tools, CRM systems, and conducting data research.
  • Comfortable navigating the rapidly changing dynamics of a startup environment.
  • Quick learner with high business acumen and a strong willingness to be coached.
