- Develop and Implement QA Strategies: Design comprehensive testing plans for each project, establishing structured processes and frameworks to ensure optimal quality.
- Lead QA Team: Manage and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Hands-On Testing: Participate in critical testing activities, applying your expertise to maintain product integrity.
- Automated Testing Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of automated tests, ensuring continuous enhancements and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in QA, with a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a QA team, with a focus on strategic planning and process improvement.
