Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring timely invoicing, cash application, credit analysis, and collections activities. The Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and support revenue assurance initiatives. This role is key to maintaining effective cash flow management and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (OTC) process, including order processing, billing, credit analysis, and collections.
Conduct credit risk assessments, set credit limits, and review credit exposure for new and existing customers.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure efficient order fulfilment and revenue recognition.
Prepare and review reconciliations for accounts receivable balances, resolve discrepancies, and perform month-end closing activities.
Analyse and monitor KPIs such as DSO, ageing balances, and bad debt reserves to drive continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline OTC workflows and enhance efficiency.
Prepare periodic reports and analysis for senior management on cash collection status, credit exposure, and customer ageing.
Maintain and enforce Accounts Receivable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
4 years of experience in an Accounts receivable, or credit & collections role, with 1 - 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of OTC processes, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulae.
Strong analytical skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
