Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to support our finance team in maintaining accurate billing and timely collection of receivables. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of the order-to-cash (OTC) cycle, including invoicing, payment application, and follow-up on outstanding accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to grow their knowledge in credit and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable ageing and follow up with customers on overdue balances.
- Support credit checks and help gather data for credit assessments.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statements.
- Assist in monthly close processes by preparing reports and account reconciliations.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
- Help maintain AR documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or a related finance role.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g., basic functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Strong attention to details.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
