About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide our team in building next-generation AI-driven solutions for the Fintech sector. As a Tech Lead, you will take ownership of projects from concept to market-ready product - driving innovation, overseeing technical development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the team of 15 developers, foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Develop and execute research strategies for AI-driven payment solutions, improving efficiency, security, and user experience.
Identify emerging technologies and trends in AI and Fintech to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business teams to align research goals with company objectives
Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing of AI models and algorithms to enhance online payment processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards in AI model development.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of innovative solutions.
Report on research progress, key findings, and technological advancements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Perform a code review according to the established standards.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 5 years of managing development teams (teams of 5 or more).

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science techniques.
Experience with AI-driven financial technologies, payment systems, or fraud detection.
Proficiency in any of AI frameworks.
Familiarity with one of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong knowledge of development tools such as Node.js and related frameworks, .NET, C#, React, and various DevOps tools.

Leadership & Strategy:

Experience in managing teams and delivering AI-driven solutions.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Collaboration & Communication:

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.
Project management skills and experience working in an agile environment.
