The Markets Front Office Tribe plays an important role in Danske Bank and we have brought together Quant and IT professionals into a collaborative development organisation. You will work together with dedicated colleagues in a global team characterised by an inclusive and professional culture.

As our new Software Engineer, You will be part of our Loans Core squad that focus on the core platform and functionality to service committed corporate loans. We focus on supporting the Banks business ambitions, improving risk management and digitising existing workflows.

The Loans squad is an international and diverse team based across four development centres located in Vilnius, Copenhagen, Pune and Bangalore. The Loans squad works closely with both front office business and loans servicing area to ensure an e2e perspective in everything we do.

  • Design and develop various full stack applications together with a strong team
  • Engage with stakeholders and users in order to identify gaps and pain points; driving further development of new features
  • Support our continuing digital transformation by building solutions in line with the business strategy
  • Create an encouraging and collaborative environment through teamwork and trust
  • Be a part of preparing the existing system for a transition into the cloud

  • Very skilled software engineer capable of using C#, .NET 8+
  • Great at communicating and creating transparency towards our stakeholders and the other members of the team
  • Advanced English language skills

Bonus points for the following:

  • Having experience with working with one or more of the larger cloud providers: AWS, Azure or, GCP
  • Experience working in the banking or financial sector
  • Proficient in one or more modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue

We also see you as someone with great appreciation for connecting IT and platform development to tangible business solutions. You are intrigued by the financial markets and you enjoy the front office environment, especially the close collaboration across the value chains.

We offer

Monthly salary range from 3520 EUR to 5280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
