About the position

Paroc, our Stonewool business, manufactures and provide insulation material that help consumers and industries reducing their energy consumption. Here at Owens Corning we are fully engaged in reducing our CO2 emission by a series of ongoing investments.
 
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will find passion in insulation to join our Stonewool Insulation team. The Sales Manager is partnering closely with the Baltics sales team to execute the Insulation strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets. This role will have the accountability of the sales results in the assigned territory in Lithuania.

What does success look like?

  • Building confidential relationships with customers and key stakeholders and gaining understanding on customer needs
  • Providing consultative service and serving as a key point of contact for architects, contractors and key customers
  • Implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and competition
  • Building strong partnerships with our commercial teams in the Baltics and in Europe
  • Continue to contribute to our strong cooperation with marketing and product teams in Europe
  • Developing commercial cleverness
  • Fostering an inclusive and diverse environment within the organization

Skills and capabilities necessary to succeed

  • Strong business mindset. You are curious about our customer needs and able to translate these in our value proposition and pricing guidelines
  • Ability to read and discuss technical and architectural drawings with engineers and prescribers, especially related to ventilated facades and roofs.
  • Experience and working knowledge with AutoCAD or similar CAD software would be an advantage.
  • Understanding local building codes and law standards, especially energy efficiency, roofs or facades would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Demonstrated ability to build, negotiate and close deals
  • Proven experience and network in Lithuanian building market
  • A continuous improvement mindset to increase efficiency in our processes
  • Embracing development and learning for current and future roles
  • Conducting yourself with the highest ethical and moral standards

Business requirements

  • Professional training or bachelor level degree in the building or construction sector
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in insulation market
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
  • Readiness to travel 3-4 days per week
  • Location: Remote or Hybrid in Lithuania
