We are now seeking for a skilled Contract Lawyer/ Senior Lawyer to join our growing team.

Your Job Will Include

Draft and review various contracts (service, purchase-sale, partnership, confidentiality, etc.)
Advise clients on legal and contractual matters
Participate in negotiations
Identify potential risks and propose preventive measures
Adapt contract terms to specific sectors or activities
Prepare various corporate documents and participate in a range of legal projects

What We Expect from You

A university degree in law
A minimum of 5 years of legal experience in contract law
Excellent Lithuanian and English skills, both written and spoken
The ability to make decisions and operate in a dynamic environment
A proactive approach, with strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
Experience in handling multiple projects and tasks, with a strong sense of ownership
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A strong passion for the legal profession and a meticulous approach to daily legal service delivery

Offered monthly salary is 3200 EUR - 4900 EUR (gross) depending on your current professional competence and work experience.
