Job description

Respond to client inquiries in a professional and helpful manner, ensuring positive customer experience;
Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently and accurately;
Handle service disruptions and follow the companys escalation procedures when necessary;
Extract and prepare transaction data reports for internal and external use;
Participate in team meetings, offering insights and suggestions to improve workflows and processes.

Requirements

Excellent communication in English (verbal and written);
Previous experience in a Help Desk or Customer Service role;
Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail;
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude;
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus;
Comfortable using computers, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
Experience in the Fintech industry is an advantage.
