Job description:

Source and select candidates who will thrive in our culture, with a focus on sales positions.
Drive the entire hiring process from initial demand to final offer, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers at every level, providing honest, strategic guidance throughout.
Build and grow a strong talent network by nurturing existing relationships and creating new ones.

Requirements:

Experience in international recruitment, ideally across both agency and in-house environments.
Youre highly skilled in sourcing top talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
You manage recruitment processes with ease, switching smoothly between roles, projects, and priorities.
Youre confident working with and advising stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
You stay current with industry trends, consistently deliver beyond expectations, and approach your work with curiosity and a willingness to grow.
