- Collaborate with a cross-functional Payments Baltic team across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
- Develop and maintain mission-critical payment services, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Work with SEPA, Instant Payments, ISO20022, SWIFT, and other payment processing solutions.
- Ensure secure and efficient payment transactions within Swedbank and across the EU and global markets.
- Continuously improve and refine software development and maintenance processes.
- Deliver high-value solutions to customers and users with speed, quality, and stability.
- Navigate complex areas of payment services, learning and adapting to new challenges daily.
What is needed in this role:
- Testing is the area you enjoy and feel comfortable with.
- Experience with automated tests using Selenium or UFT would be a bold plus.
- Experience with SQL is required.
- You have confidence working Agile.
- You are team-oriented and have collaborative way of working as a mindset.
- You are open to analyse, troubleshoot and support.
- You wish to work in an international team and use English as a working language.
