Your responsibilities:
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and reported on time.
- Prepare annual financial statements and internal daily, monthly, and yearly reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations to maintain integrity in financial reporting.
- Prepare reports for state institutions to meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the annual financial audit process, supporting transparency and accuracy.
- Perform day-to-day procedures according to process flow, timelines, and quality standards.
- Review, improve, and optimize accounting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements for the role:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proved experience working in a similar industry in an accounting role.
- Good understanding of management account principles and financial reporting practices essential knowledge for accurate financial work.
- High integrity and keen eye for accuracy critical for trustworthiness and reliability in analysis.
- Knowledge of key business process technologies, including ERP systems.
- Self-awareness and relationship-building skills valuable for rapport and influence within the organization.
- Pro-active and ability to use own initiative.
- Full proficiency with Microsoft applications and SAP necessary technical skills for effective performance.
- High level of verbal and written English language skills professional business English required.
How you will be rewarded:
Salary range for this position is from 35,000 to 43,750 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance.
