Your future duties and responsibilities

Build key architecture and integration solutions for the Lithuanian public and commercial sectors together with the client and development teams
Identify and clarify the customer's business needs into functional architecture solutions
Facilitate solution-oriented collaboration between the customer and the technical implementation team across various development projects

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Architecture & Design:

Deep understanding and application of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles and design patterns
Experience designing modular, scalable, and maintainable systems that align with business and technical goals

Databases:

Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle databases
Knowledge of database optimization, partitioning, indexing, backup strategies, and high-availability configurations

Messaging & Integration:

Solid understanding of messaging and queuing systems, including asynchronous processing and event-driven architecture
Experience with platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar tools

Development & Programming:

Understanding of Java development principles and best practices
Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and in designing RESTful APIs and microservices

CI/CD & DevOps:

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies
Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar

Containerization & Orchestration:

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift for deploying and managing containerized applications
Understanding of container best practices, scaling, monitoring, and security

Other:

You have at least 3+ years of proven experience working in the software architecture field
You excel at analysis of public procurement documents, assessment of scope, risk evaluation, and identification of required roles
You have an analytical grasp and are able to visualize broad entities
Experience with IT public projects would be considered as a great advantage
You freely use Lithuanian & English languages on a daily basis
