for a dynamic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join the leadership team at Kilo Health. As we continue to scale and diversify our portfolio of digital health products, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving brand growth, performance marketing, and global market expansion. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Kilo Healthleading bold marketing initiatives that resonate with millions and redefine the way people engage with their well-being.

Get ready to

• Work with digital Kilo Health products in the health & wellness domain
  
• Lead digital growth strategy across key lines of business
  
• Manage an existing team of enthusiastic marketing professionals while consistently evaluating new ways to increase efficiency and grow the team
  
• Scale efficiently, working across affiliate, influencer, data, and marketing teams to build a roadmap, design and coordinate promotional campaigns, and execute them
  
• Build, monitor, and analyze the marketing funnel, optimizing to increase yield, lower acquisition costs, and maximize conversion, profitability, and lifetime value
  
• Lead strategy, scale and execute our e-commerce marketplace including overall UX, conversion funnel, analytics, third-party integrations, and QA
  

We expect you to

• Have experience working in the Health or Wellness industry with B2C products
  
• Have performance marketing experience (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  
• Have demonstrable experience in developing efficient scaling strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
  
• Have a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  
• Be able to oversee complex initiatives and drive them to a successful conclusion
  
• Be a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  
• Have the desire to innovate
  
• Dont reach conclusions based solely on your gut, but consistently substantiate your decisions through data and statistics. You turn hunches into actionable, testable hypotheses

Salary

Gross salary range is 5000 - 8000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
