About your key responsibilities and impact:

Owning and managing the product backlog for risk and anti-fraud features, ensuring alignment with overall platform goals and regulatory needs;
Defining clear product requirements, functional specs, and user stories with well-articulated acceptance criteria;
Translating abstract fraud scenarios and risk mitigation needs into tangible product initiatives and backlog items;
Analyzing data from fraud incidents, financial operations, and user behaviors to identify gaps and improvement opportunities;
Monitoring KPIs such as fraud rate, time-to-detection, and others to guide product decisions.

Essential professional experience:

1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager;
Understanding of customer development, product development, and business metrics;
Technical knowledge in architecture and design of software products;
Proficiency with task-ticketing systems (JIRA or others) and knowledge management systems (Confluence or others);
Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch or others) and ability to work with data;
Familiarity with Agile methodology and requirements management;
Excellent goal orientation, communication, decision making, strategic thinking, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
