Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Shopper Marketing Analyst to join our team and turn shopper data into actionable strategies. In this role, you will support the commercial and marketing teams by providing insights that guide decisions on channel segmentation, product assortment, distribution, planogram optimization, and promotions. You will thrive in this position if you're not only data-savvy but also solution-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently to deliver meaningful results.

Key responsibilities:

Analyze shopper data to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support marketing and sales decisions.
Support planogram development and in-store execution with data-driven suggestions.
Collaborate with cross-functional local and global teams to turn data insights into strategic shopper marketing actions.
Measure the effectiveness of promotional activities and suggest improvements.
Support the creation of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
Help develop in-store and online initiatives based on shopper behavior insights.
Continuously seek out better ways to approach problems and deliver solutions, not excuses.

Qualifications

University degree or student in business analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field.
Experience in data analysis, shopper or customer insights, or marketing analytics is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Likes mathematic and understand the relations between numbers.
Understanding of retail and FMCG dynamics is preferred.
Fluent Lithuanian and excellent English language skills.
Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment.
Good communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear way.
Hands-on, can-do attitude: proactive, independent, and focused on finding solutions.
