We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) Lithuania to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and a passion for women's and men's health, we'd like to have a cup of coffee with you.
Responsibilities:
- Drive & develop account strategies to achieve sales targets in gynecology and urology Rx portfolios in assigned territory (Lithuania).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including gynecologists, urologists, and other stakeholders necessary to accomplish business goals.
- Effectively execute focused therapy area segmentation and targeting strategies
constantly screening environment for new high potential individual customers and
new institutional opportunities.
- Collaborate with medical, marketing, and market access teams to deliver medical value-added services.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with KOLs and specialists in pharma / medical devices sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the gynecology and/or urology therapeutic areas would be highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal, goal oriented, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel within the country.
