Our client Reefo is a real estate development company specializing in creation and transformation of exceptional buildings, spaces, and experiences. To support their continued growth, Reefo is seeking to expand their team in Vilnius with a Head of Real Estate Sales.

Role Overview

Reefo is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Real Estate Sales. This role involves developing sales strategy, pricing concepts for new projects, building and managing the sales team, participating in the acquisition of new real estate projects, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Reefo real estate projects. Develop pricing concepts based on market trends analyses and client needs. Engage in the acquisition of new real estate projects: contributing to strategy and concept development, project evaluation prior to acquisition, potential assessment 
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set goals, track KPIs, and cultivate a results-driven team culture
  • Engage with clients, partners, and brokers to drive sales and build strong relationships. Lead negotiations. Guide clients through sales, financing steps, property handover process
  • Coordinate with internal teams to launch and execute successful projects. Close collaboration with marketing team for aligning sales strategies with marketing campaigns
  • Take responsibility and accountability for sales results and results reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales managerial roles
  • Successful track record in team leadership, sales strategy development and execution
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market
  • Strong time management, organisational, analytical and communication skills, ability to work and prioritise independently
  • Proactive approach, high level of responsibility, problem-solving skills
