What youll be doing
- Ensure high quality in month-end reporting, budgeting & estimation on the local level, in collaboration with the business units, as well as analyze and control Companies operation expenses.
- Prepare, analyze, and present the financial data, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make actionable recommendations or suggest needed actions to the management team.
- Support business functions by providing finance expertise in preparing and executing investment projects or business plans, act as finance advisor to the local management.
- Provide support to local Business Controlling & ISC Finance Controlling team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and maximize results in all business activities.
- Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and high quality of financial operations.
Our expectations
- Several years of experience in a global business environment, with hands-on on supporting management in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- 3-5 years experience in a business controller or senior analyst is an advantage.
- Masters degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) with expertise in Power BI.
- Business acumen, strong analytical thinking, high-level attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy maintaining the ability to see the big picture.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to cooperate with the teams.
- Proficient in English and local language (both written and verbal).
