Our team

The Customer Engagement Individuals tribe exists with the customer at the centre of everything. The tribe has ownership of key customer facing systems spanning across Danske Banks channels and capabilities.

The tribe are responsible for the proactive personalised advice and support in our automated and self-serviced layers of the engagement model, as well as the customer experience delivered in our digitally – and human assisted layers. Furthermore, the tooling delivered to our advisors in the expertise layer also sit with this tribe. Lastly, the entire orchestration of the engagement model including segmentation and our full MarTech stack sits within the tribe.

The tribe compose of 13 Squads working across 7 locations (Aarhus, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Vilnius and Bangalore). As this is an area of central importance to our Forward ´28 strategy you will work with best on market solutions and tools. We are in motion of implementing Chatbot based on Microsoft CoPilot Studio, CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics Sales 365 as well as Data and AI in general are critical elements of our daily work and future.

Our mission is to deliver proactive and personal customer experiences and advice through the right channels using state-of-the-art tooling and technologies, says Jan, your future Manager.

You will be part of the IT management team. The Tribe are approx. 150 leaders and employees on a mission critical to Danske Bank. We are working in cross functional squads and you will be part of a Squad and at the same time have the responsibility of IT Cloud Engineers in your Chater.

Your responsibility will be to grow and develop your Team in collaboration with the other Chapter Leads and make sure we also are prepared for the Public Cloud Journey (AWS) Danske Bank is on.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

You will have HR responsibility of a Cloud Engineer (Java) chapter and act as a sparring partner for 10-12 Engineers. It is important you enjoy working with multiple cultures, as we will have colleagues in India, Lithuania, and the Nordics. You will be reporting directly to the IT Tribe Lead.

You will also:

  • Facilitate our technical alignment across squads and system landscapein collaboration with other Chapter Leads and Architects
  • Promote tribe-wide initiatives and set high standards for our IT development in the tribe
  • Grow and develop your Chapter – IT as well as behaviour wise
  • Have big influence on how we develop IT and make sure best practise are used and implemented

About you:

  • 6+ years of relevant full-time experience and proven history of impacting technical decisions cross a lager organisation
  • Hands-on experience and deep understanding of cloud technologies (private/public), standards and operational setup
  • Experience of using data intelligent would be beneficial – and for sure AI will be part of the future set-up
  • An inherent aim to collaborate, both within the team and across the organisation
  • Advanced written and verbal English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
