We are looking for someone who is passionate about frontend developmentespecially with React and TypeScriptand who is motivated to take ownership of building intuitive, high-quality user experiences. While the role is primarily focused on the frontend application, we are looking for someone who understands how backend systems work and can engage in meaningful, technical conversations with the backend team to shape product logic together. We value people who enjoy mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and helping evaluate new joiners with a strategic and collaborative mindset.
We also need someone whos comfortable shifting priorities mid-sprint, solving bugs, and ensuring the application remains stable and performant.

You will:
- Develop and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to align on data models, API design, and product logic, contributing to technical discussions and decisions
- Investigate and resolve frontend bugs and pod-related issues, maintaining application stability and performance
- Participate in sprint planning and reprioritize tasks when urgent issues arise, showing flexibility and ownership
- Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality standards and share best practices with the team
- Mentor junior frontend developers, offering guidance on technical challenges and supporting their growth.
- Contribute to the architectural design of new features, with a focus on frontend scalability and maintainability
- Explore and integrate internal tools or systems (e.g., authentication, packaging) to enhance the frontend development process
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining applications using React and TypeScript
- Proven ability to create rich, single-page applications with modern JavaScript toolsets and a strong eye for user experience
- Solid understanding of backend systems (Java-based) and the ability to collaborate effectively with backend engineers on product logic and API design
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and a commitment to maintaining high-quality, reliable frontend code
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and contribute to architectural decisions
- Comfortable working in agile environments, including sprint planning, reprioritization, and adapting to shifting priorities
- Demonstrated experience mentoring frontend developers and conducting thorough code reviews to support team growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Upper-intermediate English skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4320 EUR to 6480 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
